Kitchen - They say all parties end up in the kitchen, and you won’t mind a bit if it’s in our new contemporary shaker kitchen with French doors opening onto the sunny south facing patio. Get social and chat to friends whilst cooking at the large island with bar stool seating. Cook up a storm on our range cooker with five ring induction hob and two ovens. There’s plenty of room in the tall fridge freezer and ample food storage in the pantry unit. Integrated dishwasher. Microwave.

Garden Room - Sit back and relax on comfortable leather sofas and take in the show stopping views of Cartmel village and Priory, the beautiful Cartmel Valley and numerous Lake District fells including Coniston Old Man, Helvellyn, Dow Crag and Cartmel Fell, perfect all year and amazing on sunny winter days with snow on the peaks. The fields adjacent are home to local livestock so watch the lambs in Spring and don’t be surprised to hear the cows munching the other side of our hedges. Also enjoy the view of our contemporary corner log-burner at the same time. With direct access to sunny patio this space is in many ways the heart of this home.

Dining Area - With seating for up to six people, while away the hours chatting over dinner in the spacious dining nook, located across from the kitchen and adjacent to the hallway.

Cloaks - convenient convenience located just off the main hallway downstairs.

Boot room and utility - Dogs muddy after a spell on the fells? No problem, wash them off easily in our large dedicated dog basin. Kick off, dry and store muddy boots and coats in this convenient space accessed externally from the driveway and internally from the hallway. Washer-dryer also located in this room.

Ground floor bedroom and ensuite - Perfect for all ages and abilities, this large bedroom features a super-king bed that also splits into a twin if preferred. Bedroom three and ensuite - with lovely views up the Cartmel Valley and the nearby fells, this bright, welcoming bedroom offers a comfortable 6’3” superking sized bed that also splits into a twin if required, ample storage and its own ensuite with large walk-in shower, vanity unit and w.c.
